At Paws and Play we have a genuine love and care about what we do and thrive on really getting to know you and your beloved fur children.

This allows us to make sure the environment is right for both you and your dog, working with you to get the best outcomes.

Before attending daycare, we carry out a free 4-hour Initial Assessment for all our new dogs to make sure they are happy and comfortable in our environment. As well as this, we will assign them a Group and Personality Traits to enable us to find them an appropriate group of friends to spend time with.

When at Daycare, our groups will spend time rotating between their assigned rest room, complete with beds and cubby spaces encouraging them to rest; and our large play rooms, complete with multiple activities and play structures, where they are encouraged to run and burn energy.

Sometimes we all need a little Extra Activity through-out our day be it Group Walks, Kongs, Liki Mats, Roar or kibble Lunches, or Basic Obedience. These are carried out in the morning, unless its better suited to your dog’s day to have in the afternoon.

We have two types of Booking and Customer Types when attending paws and Play; Regular Customers who have a standing reservation and require 24 hours notice for any cancellations (No shows will incur a day rate charge), and Casual Customers, who book as and when needed however require approval before attending daycare for that particular booking.
